Worthy brings policy expertise and industry acumen, uniting communities and leaders to transform healthcare together.

Worthy was founded on a simple belief: leadership, unity, and purpose can transform healthcare into something better. It marks the place where vision becomes action and a future worth fighting for is being built.

Worthy carries that spirit forward.

We believe better care is possible when dignity, compassion, and innovation lead the way. Our work stands for unity among people – each person’s story, struggle, and strength contributing to a healthcare system that is truly Worthy of Us. The United States can and must build a healthcare system that is accessible to all and treats every individual with respect and humanity. This isn’t just a vision, it’s a responsibility we’ve carried on throughout our work: to create a system that is both worthy and sustainably affordable for everyone.

This website shares that vision – and more importantly, shows how we make it real. Together, we’ll explore why this transformation matters, the actions we can take, and the progress we can make.

At its heart, this work isn’t about policy or profits. It’s about people, families, and the shared belief that healthcare in America can and should be better. Worthy is a standard we raise – an unwavering belief that every person deserves care that is fair, compassionate, effective, and accessible.

Let’s build a system that is truly Worthy of Us.
